Join us for a fun day of golf! Invite your crew, family, friends to enjoy the day with you!
Springville Country Club, Route 219, Springville, NY
11am: Registration & Lunch
Hamburger, pasta salad, beverages
Driving range: unlimited use of the driving range prior to tee off
Noon: Golf
Shotgun start – 18 holes of golf with cart
Course beverages & snacks provided
Casino golf, 50/50, mulligans and more
5pm (approximate time): Dinner & Prizes*
BBQ chicken, roasted potato, seasonal vegetable – cash bar (credit only)
Cost of golf includes Lunch, Golf, Beer/Beverages, Dinner

$40.00 Dinner only – Please invite your spouse or friends for a wonderful dinner & spectacular surroundings!

PLANT WNY Foundation is a 501(c)(3). For tax purposes $10 of each golf outing registration of $130 per person is tax deductible. Please keep this letter with your tax records as substantiation of your gift.
*Door Prizes are also appreciated – please bring to the event. Clean out that storage closet – hats/mugs/gift cards/golf items/t-shirts, etc.
