Booth Rate: $150 each
Indoor booth space – includes 1 person to staff or 2 people to staff for double booths. Includes lunch.

Outdoor exhibitor booth – includes 1 person to staff for single booth or 2 people to staff for double booths. Includes lunch.
Sponsorships
Gold – $500.00
Gold sponsorship includes: 20 x 40 outdoor exhibitor space, logo listed on mailing, emails, social media highlight, after show ad promotion. 3 people included (includes lunch).
Silver – $350.00
Silver sponsorship includes: 20 x 20 outdoor exhibitor space, social media highlight before show. 2 people included (includes lunch).
Tables: A table is available for all exhibitors (indoor and outdoor) if you need one but please indicate on the registration form that you would like one as we have to order the tables.
Additional staff: $40pp

Please provide a certificate of liability insurance and list PLANT WNY Foundation, PO Box 712, East Amherst, NY 14051 as certificate holder.
